Jamie Van Goulden

Jamie Van Goulden in his own words:

"He is a veritable Disco Doctor, delivering a dose of up-tempo energy direct to the jugular of any wanting dance floor, with his own unique style of up-front electronic music.

Jamie started DJing back in 1997, whilst at college studying Music Production, Media and Marketing. Over the years he was co-owner of a night club in south manchester (uk) where he’created and hosted the infamous MAN/IBZ (Manchester/Ibiza) link-up parties for four years, bringing a unique party ethic to the North-West of England, throwing some amazing events with international DJs from Ibiza, alongside local talent, he has also won overseas plaudits in countries such as Sweden, Ibiza, Holland, Estonia and Russia..

Jamie is also member of the international brand Sunglasses At Night which host parties all over the world.

Last year he moved from UK to Vancouver Canada and is busy DJing and promoting events all over the city, and recently just won the Vancouver Nightlife Awards for best electronica DJ 2010 in his debut year in the city..

His current production projects is for the IMU album plus runing his own UK record label Looking Glass.

Fusing deep house, funky house and electro, Jamie is always happy to throw in a few surprises thrown in for good measure."
